AC Device Control Panel
| AC Device Control Panel uses relays as opposed to
triacs. Relays provide a low cost reliable clean voltage for all
types of appliances including indecesant, florescent, halogen, high
fidelity audio equipment, high current devices and induction motors.
Due to the low duty cycle of home automation device activation,
relays can last 20 years or more. Panels can be installed at
multiple locations to provide automation control for homes,
businesses, apartments, townhouses, parking
lots, etc. Installations can consist of hundreds to thousands of devices. |

Light Dimmers
| The FutureHouse AC wiring design
allows lights from any room to be patched into
the dimmer panel to control 16
discreet 600 watt dimmer banks.
Dimmers are controlled from 3
position wall switches or computer
controlled lighting scenes which can
be programmed to auto adjust to
ambient light or desired mood
settings. |

Digital IO
Logic Board
| The Digital IO Control panel accepts signals from
both the computer or switches
and sensors in order to control the AC Device Panel, motor controllers, indicator lamps and
other devices. The unique digital switch de-bouncing circuits
combined with gated and-or inputs allow the computer and human to share in
device control. The outputs can be configured for flip/flop,
latch or follow the input signals. Multiple boards
can be daisy chained together to provide thousands of Digital IO
control lines. All lines are optically isolated and protected
from ESD. |
